1. Payment terms: A: Bank transfer; B: L/C; C: Credit; D: Deposit

Quality Guaranty: A: If there is shortage, please inform sales representive within 15 days after customers receive merchandises.; B: If there is defective products, please inform sales representive within 30 days after customers receive merchandises.; C: Please keep our samples well for checking in future.
3. Working time:: Monday-Saturday, Morning: 9:00-12:00, Afternoon: 14:00-18:00, Evening: 21:00-24:00
4. Complaint and Suggestion: You can send a email to our CEO, his email address is CEO@lieko.com, you will get the response within 24 hours.
5. Samples: Please contact our sales representive if you like some samples, and he will send you the samples within 3-5 working days.

7. Products development time: We can make the samples for you if you have the case within 7-15 days.
