2. Quality Guaranty.

A:If there is shortage, please inform sales representive within 15 days after customers receive merchandises.

B:If there is defective products, please inform sales representive within 30 days after customers receive merchandises.

C:Please keep our samples well for checking in future.

3. Working time:

Monday-Saturday, Morning: 9:00-12:00, Afternoon: 14:00-18:00, Evening: 21:00-24:00

4. Complaint and Suggestion

You can send a email to our CEO, his email address is CEO@lieko.com, you will get the response with 24 hours.

5. Samples:

Please contact us sales representive if you like some samples, and he will send you the samples within 3-5 working days.

7. Products development time:

We can make the samples for you if you have the case within 7-15 days.
